About Jim Wilson with Home Sales Spokane

Friend (frend) n. A person whom one knows, likes and trusts.

Since Jim was a boy, he’s made a habit of making friends. He’s the type of guy you can call and know he’ll be there for you. That’s important in friendship; it’s important in business too. Jim has discovered the elements of a successful friendship and a successful business relationship are nearly the same. Knowing you like a friend is an advantage in planning for your real estate future. This approach assures your unique individual situation is taken into account.

As the Broker/Owner of Home Sales Spokane, Jim combines the power of friendship with the solid backing and resources of a quality company to provide a unique type of service.

The bottom line is results.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Washington State University as-well-as studying business administration at Seattle Pacific University and the University of Washington. For 10 years, he owned and managed a food distribution enterprise.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jim is active in the community. He was appointed by the mayor to sit on the City of Spokane Plan Commission in 1998 and served five years. He sat on the executive committee for L’ Arche of Spokane, an international organization dedicated toward assisting developmentally disabled adults to live in group homes geared toward the Christian values of faith, hope, love, peace, simplicity of life, forgiveness, celebration, and welcome.
